For dinner, I made a pepperoni and vegetable pizza. I could control what I put for the ingredients, with flexible solutions for toppings. I started from scratch and did almost all of it, from the dough to the sauce except for the pepperonis. My kids loved it!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 300g bread/all purpose flour
- 180g water
- 4.5g yeast
- 1/2 of a 170g can of plain tomato paste
- Oregano leaves
- Basil leaves
- Salt (depending on your tomato paste)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2.5 cups of cheese
- (optional toppings): sliced red bell peppers, pepperoni, pineapples, etc.
