Homemade Pizza

For dinner, I made a pepperoni and vegetable pizza. I could control what I put for the ingredients, with flexible solutions for toppings. I started from scratch and did almost all of it, from the dough to the sauce except for the pepperonis. My kids loved it!


Ingredients:
Dough:
  • 300g bread/all purpose flour
  • 180g water
  • 4.5g yeast
Sauce:
  • 1/2 of a 170g can of plain tomato paste
  • Oregano leaves
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt (depending on your tomato paste)
  • 1/4 cup of water
Topping
  • 2.5 cups of cheese
  • (optional toppings): sliced red bell peppers, pepperoni, pineapples, etc.
Baked it all at 390 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
