Today I made Chinese Vegetable Turnovers, or 高麗菜盒子. They are basically uncooked flour tortillas with mixed stir-fry vegetables, including cabbage, and other filling wrapped inside it. The flour tortillas were bought from Costco. You can improvise with the filling! I fried it in the pan after, shown in the video. They were quite delicious, yet easy to make!
