For dinner, I made a pepperoni and vegetable pizza. I could control what I put for the ingredients, with flexible solutions for toppings. I started from scratch and did almost all of it, from the dough to the sauce except for the pepperonis. My kids loved it!</div>

<li>4.5g yeast</li>

<li>Oregano leaves</li>
<li>Basil leaves</li>
<li>Salt (depending on your tomato paste)</li>
<li>1/4 cup of water</li>

<li>2.5 cups of cheese</li>
<li>(optional toppings): sliced red bell peppers, pepperoni, pineapples, etc.</li>
</ul>
Baked it all at 390 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.<br />

Today I made Chinese Vegetable Turnovers, or 高麗菜盒子. They are basically uncooked flour tortillas with mixed stir-fry vegetables, including cabbage, and other filling wrapped inside it. The flour tortillas were bought from Costco. You can improvise with the filling! I fried it in the pan after, shown in the video. They were quite delicious, yet easy to make!</div>
